I operate mainly in Leeds and West Yorkshire as well as online, but I am willing to travel within the north of England for larger size group conflicts.
Operating mainly in the Leeds and West Yorkshire area I am a CAOS-trained Conflict Coach and Mediator. My practice is rooted in a desire to support people to lighten their emotional loads when they feel burdened, and to become “unstuck” when they feel stuck within situations of conflict, tension and relationship difficulty.
My aim is to support people to articulate their experiences and be heard, and to access their wisdom in order to find the best ways forward that work for everyone involved. I do this by listening attentively and asking questions that encourage deep reflection and creative thinking.
The space I offer within conflict coaching and mediation supports people to lean into situations they might have been avoiding, knowing that they are not alone in this moment.
I have extensive experience working individuals, pairs and groups. My work has mostly been within co-operatives, charities and voluntary sector organisations as well as between neighbours and people living together.
Conflict coaching sessions last 1-1.5 hours and take place over 1-3 sessions as required.
Mediation involves an individual session for each person taking part (usually lasting 1-1.5 hours), and a joint session (which may last 2-3 hours) if all parties are willing. Occasionally a further joint session is scheduled if needed.
One to one conflict coaching or mediation sessions can be arranged to take place face to face, via video call or phone, or on a walk. Joint sessions are held physically in an appropriate neutral space or online in some circumstances.
