CAOS Communication Skills and Conflict Management Training
CAOS provides a range of conflict management training options, all of which are underpinned by the philosophies and practices of the CAOS Model of Mediation.
All CAOS training is experiential in approach, drawing upon group work, pair work, role plays, discussion, reflective learning, relevant games.

ONLINE courses:
- ONLINE Introduction to Conflict Coaching Skills (6 x 2 hour sessions on Zoom)
- ONLINE Workshop Exploring Psychological Safety at Work (4 x 2 hr sessions via Zoom)
'In person' courses
- Mediation Skills Training (6-day course)
- Training for an organisation such as In-House Workplace Mediation Training or for applications such as Homelessness Mediation or Student Complaints Mediation.
- Conflict Coaching Skills Training (5-day course)
- Workplace Conflict Coaching Training - training provided for organisations, enabling managers, team leaders, HR officers etc. to learn this useful skill.
- Peer-to-Peer Resolution (P2P) Facilitator training (2-day course) - usually for student accommodation disputes but also adaptable for application in other contexts such as student group work conflict.
- Peer-to-Peer Resolution (P2P) Facilitator training (2-day course) to support the resolution of Workplace Conflict - this training is particularly suitable for managers and team-leaders who can easily get 'caught up' in team members' disputes if they do not have the skills to support resolution by the team members themselves.
- Effective Communication Skills Training
- Training in workplace conflict management practices including: Dealing with Difficult Behaviour - for helping professionals Managing Conflict in Teams - for Managers and people working with groups Managing Difficult Conversations with Constituents - for Local Councillors
- Meeting Skills training for businesses, community groups, tenants and residents associations, other management groups etc.
